Presenting a new trade-mark from the people who create practical beauties in period style furniture; a company proud to be distinguished for the precision and attention to minute detail of its workmanship.
Our collection comprises the following main types of products: grandfather clocks, mantel clocks, curio cabinets, wall clocks, all of them created with traditional care which is aligned to moderns methods.
All models are produced relying on the age-old artisan skill: decorative features in precious metals, tortoiseshell, and mother-of-pearl are worked into a frame of wood. The base wood comes in antique walnut, rosewood and elmwood and is erable in various different colours. Pieces are finished with mat, gloss or semigloss varnish, and if desired, details in antique bronze can be gilded.
All items are inlayed with selected woods and polychrome. As tradition dictates, real brass is used in the boulle inlay. Our pieces are rendered precious with the use of various materials such as brass, copper, zinc and details in mother-of-pearl. All decorations are in earth molten brass or cire perdue.
The clocks work on the Hermle system, a guarantee of precision with a wind-up of eight days and a bing bong or 4/4 Westminster type chime.
The long and complicate process, is entirely realized in our plant, by our work force.
The result is once again the prestigious styling which make our quality famous all over.
